Doris joined the lab in 2023 as a postdoctoral researcher. She finished her bachelor and master in Neuroscience at the University of Amsterdam and did her PhD in the Vision & Cognition lab at the Netherlands Institute of Neuroscience in Amsterdam. Doris' main topic of interest is how single neurons facilitate information representation in the brain. Currently, she is studying how single units from the medial temporal lobe contribute to conceptual representations during reading.
